BSNL issue

BSNL internet is down since 01-May-2024.

Issue

The phone wire comes from Naik's house to our house. It has snapped into two. So the internet is down.

Attempts

I tried complaining 20 times on the website selfcare-dot-bsnl. Once I managed to register the complaint - but they closed it ( maybe due to elections ). After that the complaint form has stopped working. It flashes either an OTP error or just doesn't respond. It is possible that I have registered dozens of complaints accidentally.

I then tried the Whatsapp bot - 18004444. The number registered on BSNL phone is vk phone. I tried to change it to mine - x3615, but am not sure if the change worked or not. So the number registered is either vk phone or ptm phone.

Next steps

We should contact the customer care - 1800-345-1500 - and try to get a resolution.
